  managed  by DDM Developing, Inc.,
  It has an exclusive agreement with
  Suwanee River Log Homes that
  makes them the sole supplier of
  Log Homes packages, whether they
  build your home (they have their
  own construction company that
  specializes in Log Home
  construction - Suwanee River
  Construction  Company) or you
  decide to build it  yourself.
